These Terms and Conditions refer to the entire agreement between DreamWeaver Publishing Pty Ltd ABN 92 110 466 763 (DreamWeaver) and the person, business or company (the customer) that is purchaser of our products.
Dreamweaver is an authorised reseller of the Adobe Dreamweaver software. Dreamweaver disclaims any proprietary interest in copyright trademarks and all names appearing on this website other than its own.
Pricing & GST
Note that all prices quoted for Dreamweaver software include GST (Goods and Services Tax), at the rate of 10% for all goods sold within Australia. GST is not payable on orders to be delivered outside Australia, and will be deducted when you place your order.
Payment Options
Please note that all payments are to be made in Australian dollars.
We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa, AMEX credit cards.
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be sent to you, and we automatically delete your credit card details when your order is complete, so we hold your details for the shortest possible time.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based upon the weight of the entire purchase.
The delivery charge for one copy of Dreamweaver is $12 including GST to any capital city in Australia.
For multiple orders or orders to be delivered to any other Australian region, or to another country, we will advise freight costs for you to accept prior to the order being processed.
If multiple products are ordered, we will hold your order until all products can be shipped at the one time. If you have an urgent need and request separate deliveries, freight for each delivery will be charged.
Within Australia
Goods to Australian locations are sent via Australia Post. Please note that deliveries through Australia Post can not be easily tracked.
International Delivery
Deliveries to destinations outside Australia are made by DHL Couriers and cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes.
Please note that some countries may charge customers duties on the 'import' of parcels from time-to-time. As these charges are the responsibility of the customer, please check the customs service in your destination country to see if charges are applicable.
Delivery Periods
Orders to be delivered within Australia, once packed, should be received within 3-5 days. International orders should be received within 5 days of packing. Please refer to your confirmation email to access your order status online.
If items are not in stock, we will advise you of their anticipated arrival times, and seek your delivery instructions.
You will not be charged until the goods are dispatched.
Returns
We will accept returns and offer refund or exchange up to 14 days after you receive your order.
Please take care when ordering as opened software boxes cannot be returned – refer to www.adobe.com for details. Also ensure that you have the correct operating system installed prior to ordering. Unopened software may be returned however there is a 20% restocking fee.
Cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer and Dreamweaver will not be liable for any damage or defect in the products caused by improper storage, transport, or by neglect, abuse or improper use, installation or maintenance.
Cancelling Your Order
If necessary, you may cancel your order, provided you contact us before you receive the email notification that your order has been dispatched.
Warranty
Products sold by Dreamweaver are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. To the extend permitted by law, Dreamweaver’s entire responsibility with respect to warranties for the products is to pass on to customer the benefit of such warranties.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dreamweaver will not be liable to customer or any other person under any circumstances for any loss of use, profit, revenue, interest, goodwill or data as a result of the supply, performance or use of any products or services..
